1. 🛍️ Product Information

We take every effort to display our products accurately, including ingredients, descriptions, and pricing. However:

  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur due to batch production.

  • All products are handcrafted, and slight texture/weight differences are normal.

  • Images on the site are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

2. 💳 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital methods.

3. 🚚 Shipping

  • We ship pan-India using reputed logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external conditions (weather, strikes, remote location delays).

4. ❄️ Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered only for products that are defective, melted, or delivered in error. See our full Refund Policy for eligibility.

To raise a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

5. ❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven’t been processed.

  • Once dispatched, no cancellations are possible.

  • All content on the site (images, text, logo, packaging design) is the property of Cacaocraft / Chocolate Plum LLP.

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

  • We respect your privacy and use your personal data solely for order processing, communication, and improving customer experience.

8. 📦 Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, force majeure events).

  • Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
