Refund policy
Returns & Replacements
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

You receive a damaged or defective product

The package is incorrect or incomplete

The product is expired at the time of delivery
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with:

Your order ID

A clear photo of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue
We’ll review the case and initiate a resolution within 3–5 working days.
💳 Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:

It will be processed to the original payment method used.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed due to the perishable nature of our products.
🚚 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or the recipient is unavailable, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
