CacaoCraft

Sohaila did not fall in love with chocolate in India. She found her love for chocolate abroad. At culinary school, while learning how chocolate is made, she was also consuming world-class chocolate — not as reference points, but as lived experiences. Chocolate that unfolded slowly. Chocolate with depth. Chocolate that did not end abruptly, but softened into a lingering finish.

That was the moment of realisation. This is what chocolate is supposed to feel like. And in contrast, it highlighted something uncomfortable — the difference between what is consumed as chocolate in India and what exists beyond it. Not just in quality, but in intention. In patience. In respect for process.

When Sohaila returned to India, the question stayed with her: Why should only a few people get to experience good chocolate? Why must quality remain exclusive, imported, distant? Why can't a global chocolate brand come from India?

That question became the foundation of Cacaocraft.

A Refusal

Cacaocraft was born from a refusal — a refusal to accept that Indian consumers must settle, a refusal to follow trends that shout louder than they last, a refusal to confuse complexity with quality, and most importantly, a refusal to rush chocolate.

The Philosophy

The philosophy was simple: if the experience matters, protect it. That is why Cacaocraft chooses high-quality couverture — not as compromise, but as intention. Consistency allows craft to breathe. It allows focus on what truly defines chocolate — texture, depth, finish, and the quiet transition of flavour that stays with you long after the last bite.

Cacaocraft is not loud. It does not need to be. It exists quietly and confidently, for anyone willing to slow down and taste.

At Its Core

At its core, Cacaocraft stands for three feelings:

  • Perfection.
  • Bliss.
  • Addiction.

Not the kind that overwhelms, but the kind that draws you back — the kind that makes you reach for another piece without thinking, the kind that lingers in memory, not just on the palate.

Cacaocraft exists because of a mutual love of experiencing simple, good, balanced chocolate.
