Cacaocraft Shipping Policy

At Cacaocraft, we ensure that your chocolates are delivered fresh, fast, and flawlessly — from our chocolate studio in Hyderabad to your doorstep. Our packaging and logistics are designed to protect the integrity of our premium products, even in warm Indian climates.

📦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns covered by our logistics partners.

Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.

🕒 Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM on Saturday or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚀 Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–9 working days

These timelines may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier delays beyond our control. We always aim to dispatch early so your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

❄️ Temperature-Controlled Packaging

To ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and unmelted:

• We use insulated, multi-layered packaging

• Ice-gel packs are added where needed (especially for long-distance or hot-weather deliveries)

Please refrigerate the chocolates upon delivery if they feel warm or soft.

💳 Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹99 (calculated at checkout based on location and weight)

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

• Express Delivery (available in select pin codes): ₹199

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email so you can monitor the journey of your chocolates.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Incomplete/Incorrect address may result in failed delivery and is not eligible for refund.

• If the package is returned due to customer unavailability or wrong address, we are not liable for reshipment.

• If your chocolates arrive damaged or melted, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours.
